This isn’t my usual rant about my favourite beauty products or why you should rush out and buy my new favourite detox tea (you should, it’s amazing) but it is beauty related. Something a little bit disturbing happened to me yesterday. Don’t worry my HD brows are perfectly symmetrical. I went through the motions of my mani/pedi routine and opted for a cheeky spray tan (British weather I despise you). Nothing out of the ordinary here.

So, as my bikini holiday looms, I’ve made a few detox decisions that I plan to stick to this summer. It struck me the other day as I had a seizure at the calorie total on My Fitness Pal that small baby steps must be taken to reduce the muffin top before I can squeeze it into my new Kimberly London bikini (more on this bikini later). So now I’m taking my tea without milk. It’s very Gweneth.

Now we all know that bootcamp is not a fashion show but that doesn’t mean you don’t want to look your best. Now before you get your acrylics filled in and your hair did, STOP. I’m talking gym gear and the brands that can withstand the most hardcore of gym regimes. I always find that a shiny new gym top or new pair of neon trainers is just the trick to get me pounding the pavement again. I’d barely secured my place at Revival Bootcamp before I jumped into this shopping Malarkey with both Choos and bundles of Stella McCartney and Sweaty Betty magically appeared in my online shopping cart. Yes, you might have spent a million pounds securing a space on a luxury bootcamp and you might not want to splash the cash on a new luxury gym wardrobe but trust me, you’re worth it. So, I thought I’d share with you a few of the brands that are Bootcamp proof.

May is here and with it comes what is known as wedding season. Great if you are getting married, not so great if you have to find lots of wedding worthy outfits on a budget. It takes a lot for a clothing company to catch my eye but the latest collection from Elle Belle Attire is definitely worth a look if you want luxury for less. There are many reasons why I don’t blog about a lot of fashion brands, I tend to stick to what I know, I choose investment pieces over what’s on trend and of course my biggest reason, which is perhaps a little selfish. If I do find something fabulous, I can’t help but want it to be my little secret. I’m an only child.

Creme De La Mer Cleanser £55
So I may have treated myself to some new skincare products and it’s safe to say that my bank balance now has a large Creme De La Mer sized hole in it. Today my bathroom just got a little more glamourous. My fave Liz Earle Cleanser finally ran out this week and I fancied a little change. That’s right. I said the C word. I’ve heard nothing but great things about Creme De La Mer and after a recommendation from the lovely Cameron from A Londoner’s Closet while at No 1 Bootcamp, I decided to throw caution to the wind and invest. Cameron has supermodel worthy skin and swears by Creme De La Mer so as you can imagine, my face and I are impossibly giddy about trying their iconic cleanser. Did I mention the core ingredients were put together by an aerospace Physicist? Ces’t fancy non? At over £50 a pop it truly is a luxury but can you put a price on flawless skin?
A couple of weeks ago, a particularly exciting email landed in my Inbox from the lovely ladies at Travel Supermarket. It was an invite to attend No1 Bootcamp in Norfolk with a bunch of bloggers to promote their latest Holiday Health Club campaign. As many of you know, this is not my first time at Bootcamp *smugness* and with a how hard can it be attitude I signed up without a second thought.
