The Quest for the Ultimate Vegas Bikini Continues…

This week has been spent mostly online looking for beautiful bikinis for my Vegas trip. For some people the lure of the high street will always see them throwing on ballet flats on a Saturday morning and heading off for a shopping trip with friends. The ritual of browsing, trying things on and indulging in tea and cake at half time is all part and parcel of what most people love about high street shopping. However, for me, the very notion of wading through packed streets and queuing forever in hot changing rooms is enough to keep me well away from the high street at all times. There are also so many brands that can’t be found on the high street and I have found a number of gems this week that I’m dying to share with you. Twitter is great for seeking out new brands and here are just a few that I’m obsessing over…

Thankfully, home shopping has improved so much in recent years that you don’t have to feel like you’re missing out, just because you can’t bear the thought of pounding the pavement. Added to this is the fact that online shopping is now much safer than it was a few years ago and all reputable stores will have security certificates to protect your credit or debit card details online, as well as your identity. It’s not 100% safe by any means, but if you look for logos like Verisign and other pay safe guarantees when you’re shopping, you can be pretty confident that your details are safe.
You can usually get bikinis and tanks delivered the following day if you choose a quick delivery option.

Without a doubt one of the best things about home shopping is that you can browse in the comfort of your own living room or bedroom, with no stress, no hustle and bustle and no need to stand in endless queues when you want to pay. It also means that you’re far less likely to make impulse buys which can often happen when you’re on the high street and just don’t want to go home empty handed. So why not put the kettle on, make a nice cup of Bettys tea with a side of strawberry macaroons and stay in for a good old shopping spree this evening? What are your favourite online stores? Are you loving my new brand crush Language of Flowers? x
