This week I was lucky enough to spend a little time with my family in one of Yorkshire’s dreamiest places. When the team at Bed Guru got in touch asking me to share my favourite place in Yorkshire as part of their Yorkshire Day campaign, I jumped at the chance. They kindly sent me a Instax Mini to capture this venue in all its glory. Pop the kettle on and come and explore what to me is the prettiest place in Yorkshire.

The Crab and Lobster is one of my all time favourite places to spend a little quality time with friends and family and it’s so lovely to have such a beautiful place on our doorstep. Its quirky decor and picturesque gardens makes it the perfect hideaway whether you simply want to switch off and relax or try a social media detox. The restaurant is renowned for its spectacular seafood but if you can, enjoy a sleepover at Crab Manor and explore the quirks of this dapper little establishment. The rooms are themed bringing you all of the glitz and glamour of the Ritz without having to leave Yorkshire. Did I mention there is a secret beer tap in the hotel walls?

It was so much fun to be able to capture the beauty of the place on my Instax Mini. The expansive gardens are straight out of Alice and Wonderland and there truly isn’t a dreamier place to spend 24 hours. Have you tried the Crab and Lobster? Where are your favourite Yorkshire spots?
