Scrumptious Scandinavian inspired treats…
Before I tootled off to bootcamp I fancied something naughty. You know, something so calorific that you probably shouldn’t tell anyone about it. I went to Baltzersens. If you live in Harrogate or Leeds you may have heard of Baltzersens. If you haven’t, you should probably go and see what all of the fuss is all about.
Baltzersens is perfect whether you fancy a Cinnamon bun to go, coffee and a cookie on your lunch break, a leisurely lunch or a full blown brunch. You can choose from a delicious array of mini open sandwiches and order a bunch to share. We choose pulled pork, Gravlaks (smoked salmon) and prawns served on super healthy rye bread. *smug face*
These tiny slices of perfection were devoured in seconds. A word of warning, don’t fill up on bread. Leave a little room for something naughty.
Trust me, you’ll be glad you did. This is the real reason Baltzersens is my favourite place. Just look at those heart shaped waffles. *Gasp!*
