Bouffe Dry Spray for Light Blonge Hair at Boots

I need all the help I can get in the volume department. So, when the Bouffe dry spray landed in my letterbox this week it was a little bit like Christmas (according to my Christmas countdown App, you’ll be pleased to know there’s only 95 days, 4 hours and 35 mins to go). I know, I know, it’s very early to be dropping the C bomb in blog posts so I promise not to mention it again until October at least. Anyhow, back to the matter in hand which happens to be a lovely little bottle that packs serious punch and by punch I mean VOLUME!

So, does it do what it says on the tin? Not only does this dry spray promise to add volume, it also claims to cover re-growth. For a not so natural blonde, this truly is music to my ears. The arrival of this product couldn’t have been better timed. My roots were at their absolute worst so I couldn’t wait to put it to the test. It does cover re-growth and there are two shades, one for light blonde shades and one for darker blondes. It’s a bit like dry shampoo, you simply spray it on and massage it in to the roots. I tested out the one for lighter blonde hair and found that while it did indeed cover regrowth, it covered it with a slightly yellow powder that even when rubbed in still looked a little too yellow. Because of this, if you are just after volume (which this product offers lots of), I would recommend the colourless version. You can find it at Boots here.

Have you tried the Bouffe Dry Spray?
